Creating Your New Watch My Health Account Is Easy.

1. Type your valid e-mail address in the box below

2. Tick the Agreement box

3. Click on the 'Create new account' button

Your account will be created with your e-mail address as your username and a password will be sent to your e-mail inbox. You will be directed to reset your password immediately. You will then land on the 'Health Action Schedule' page of your Personal Health Record.

Now follow the instructions given in that page to start entering your data.
